Stir-fried Garlic Moss

Wash the garlic moss and cut into sections for later use

Put peanut oil in the pot, add green onion and ginger and fry until fragrant, then add pork belly and fry until white, pour in soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

Pour in the garlic moss and stir-fry evenly, add a little water and continue to stir-fry, it looks like the garlic moss is broken, add some salt to taste

Tips:
1. When buying garlic moss, pinch the head of the garlic moss with your hand. The pinch indicates that the garlic moss is not old. If you can't pinch it in the pot, the garlic moss is old.
2. When frying the garlic moss, it is fine if there is no spiciness. Don't fry for too long, the color will not become emerald green.
