Stir-fried Garlic Sprouts with Bacon and Fungus
1.
Soak the fungus in cold water.
2.
Wash the garlic moss and cut into sections. Boil the bacon in a pot of boiling water for about 20 minutes and slice it.
3.
Add oil to the wok and stir-fry the peppercorns over a low heat to get the pepper oil. Discard the fried peppercorns. Change the low heat to high heat, add the bacon and stir fry to make the bacon shine, then add garlic stalks and stir-fry until broken, pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce, add fungus and stir for 30 seconds, add appropriate amount of salt and remove from the pan.
