Stir-fried Germ Rice with Chicken

Wash the germ rice, put it in a rice cooker, add water a little more than half a knuckle, and select the cooking button

Diced chicken breast

Dried radish soaked and diced

Diced carrots

Sliced ginger, minced shallot

Heat the pan with cold oil, add chicken diced, dried radish and ginger slices and stir fry

After the chicken has changed color, pick out the ginger slices, add carrots and stir fry

Stir-fry for about 30 seconds and add 1 bowl of rice

Add oyster sauce, white pepper, light soy sauce, salt and sugar and stir well, turn off the heat, add chopped green onion and mix well. Ruliang prefers germ rice, a good partner for a healthy diet!
Tips:
The germ rice is very fresh. Don’t add too much water when cooking the rice. Let the rice cool before frying it. Leftover rice is best.
