Stir-fried Glutinous Rice with Sausage

Prepare ingredients: glutinous rice, soak dried shiitake mushrooms in clean water overnight, cut sausages, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and celery into small pieces. Put the glutinous rice into a rice cooker and steam it. I steamed a bowl of rice for 12 minutes.

Add appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the wok. After the oil is hot, add the sausage and mushrooms and fry until fragrant.

Add carrots, celery and stir-fry until soft.

Add the glutinous rice, turn the heat to low, and press it lightly with a spoon.

Add a small bowl of water and stir-fry the glutinous rice thoroughly.

Finally, add salt, soy sauce, and seasoning with chicken essence and it will be out of the pot.
Tips:
The glutinous rice is steamed and fried to be more granular.
The glutinous rice is not easy to fry right after being poured, but it is easy to fry after adding water.
