Dried squid is my favorite dry food. If you want to eat it, just soak it overnight and you can make a variety of dishes the next day. This dish is quick-stir-fried with green pepper and squid. The taste is great.

Stir-fried Green Pepper Squid

1. Pick and clean the soaked squid

2. Green peppers and red peppers are removed and washed

3. Prepare the garlic slices and ginger slices required

4. Cut the squid into strips and shred the chili

5. After the water in the pot is boiled, add the squid, blanch it, and pick it up

6. Add garlic slices and ginger slices in a hot pot with warm oil and sauté

7. Add squid, stir-fry evenly, add cooking wine to remove fishy

8. Pour the chili and stir fry

9. Stir fry with salt

10. Add chicken essence and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and bring out the pan

Tips:

1. Just blanch the squid in half a minute, the longer the time, the worse the taste;
2. Chili can't be accepted if it's too spicy, you can cut it and add salt and marinate for a few minutes to relieve the spicy taste.
