Stir-fried Green Pepper Squid

Pick and clean the soaked squid

Green peppers and red peppers are removed and washed

Prepare the garlic slices and ginger slices required

Cut the squid into strips and shred the chili

Tips:
1. Just blanch the squid in half a minute, the longer the time, the worse the taste;
2. Chili can't be accepted if it's too spicy, you can cut it and add salt and marinate for a few minutes to relieve the spicy taste.
