Bacon is very fragrant and many people like to eat it (but it’s better to eat less). As for me, I marinate it for 2-3 dollars every year. After drying, put it in the refrigerator and eat it slowly. When it is not convenient to buy vegetables, cut it. Order it and steam it, or stir-fry it with other vegetables. It's very fragrant and easy to eat.

Stir-fried Green Peppers with Bacon

1. Slice bacon, soak in water for 10 minutes to remove excess salt

2. After the hot pot is heated, pour the salad oil

3. Add green pepper slices and stir fry to change color

4. Pour in carrot slices and sprinkle some salt

5. Stir-fry evenly, serve

6. Pour a little salad oil in the pot, sprinkle a few sprinkles of chives, and add slices of bacon

7. Pour a little water and boil on high heat

8.

9. Add 1 teaspoon sugar

10. Sprinkle some monosodium glutamate, turn off the heat after sautéing

Tips:

1. Do not soak the bacon for too long for 10 minutes;
2. The bacon has a salty taste, so you can put less salt.
