Stir-fried Green Peppers with Bacon

Main and auxiliary ingredients: Bacon and Green Pepper

Cut the bacon into pieces.

Wash and cut green peppers.

Fry the chopped green onion in hot oil and add bacon.

Stir-fry until cooked.

Add some light soy sauce.

Add green pepper

Stir fry evenly.
9.
Season with salt.

Pour in a little water and starch to thicken the thick gorgon.

After the gorgon juice is gelatinized, turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. The juice must be thinner.
2. It is not advisable to put too much light soy sauce, just add a little toning.
