Stir-fried Green Peppers with Dried Radish

Prepare all ingredients

Dried radishes are very salty, so soak them in water for at least three hours

Press down from the head of the green pepper, and then pull it out forcefully, so that the head and the inner part are removed. Cut with dried radish and set aside

Heat up a frying pan, put the dried radishes in and fry for three or four minutes
5.
Use a bowl when it's slightly browned
6.
Pour the green peppers and stir fry a few times, add a little water and cook. Add a little salt appropriately
7.
Add the dried radish after the green peppers are cooked
8.
Finally, add some soy sauce to it.
Tips:
Dried radish is relatively salty, so be sure to make it soaked.
