Stir-fried Green Peppers with Porcini Mushrooms

Ingredients: green peppers (stems removed, seeds removed, cleaned and cut open), boletus mushrooms (soaked)

Wash the soaked porcini mushrooms and remove the squeezed water.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the green peppers and porcini mushrooms, stir fry until the green peppers are broken.
4.
Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.
5.
Add the right amount of salt.
6.
Stir-fry well and serve.
