Stir-fried Green Peppers with Tempeh

Prepare materials.

Wash the green peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into two pieces with a knife. Chop the green onion and ginger.

Heat up the pan, pour an appropriate amount of oil into the green pepper, and fry slowly.

Tempeh is relatively salty, so you must put less salt.
