Stir-fried Hor Fun with Leek

Prepared ingredients.

Cut beef into thick shreds and leek into sections.

The bean sprouts are pinched and removed, and washed and set aside.

Heat the pan with cold oil, and stir-fry the shredded beef.

Stir fry to change color.

Add leeks and bean sprouts.

Stir evenly over high heat.

Add pho, dark soy sauce, and a pinch of salt.

Stir evenly over high heat.
10.
Stir-fried pho with leek is ready.
Tips:
1. Beef is not easy to be cooked. Sauté the beef until it is half-ripe before adding other ingredients.
2. The steak I use is seasoned, so it is not marinated. Fresh beef must be marinated for the taste before making it.
