Stir-fried Houttuynia Cordata with Chopped Pepper

After the houttuynia cordata has its roots and hairs removed, rinse it in water.

Cut the washed houttuynia cordata into 3 cm long sections, and chop the garlic for later use.

Heat the wok, add oil to heat, add garlic cubes and chopped peppers and stir fry for a nice aroma.

Add houttuynia cordata and stir fry. Add a little water and simmer for one minute. (The fried houttuynia cordata is glutinous)

Add light soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Add a little salt and chicken essence and stir fry evenly.
Tips:
1. The amount of chopped pepper should be added according to personal taste. If you can eat spicy food, add more.
2. Chopped peppers, light soy sauce, and chicken essence all have salt, so put less salt.
