Stir-fried Iced Vegetables with Seafood, Mushrooms and Fungus

Dice green onion, mince ginger and garlic.

Wash the iced vegetables, blanch them with boiling water, and then quickly rinse them with cold water.

Cut off the roots of the seafood mushrooms, wash and divide into two sections. Also blanch it with boiling water.

Soak the fungus in advance, cut into strips, and scald them with boiling water.

Get out of the pot, add oil and eight peppers and stir fry for a nice aroma.

Tips:
The ice vegetable itself is salty, so be careful when adding salt.
