Stir-fried Kelp with Green Pepper

Ingredients: green pepper (stemmed, seeded, cleaned and cut open), kelp (soaked, cleaned and cut open), garlic (crushed)

Put the kelp in a pot of water, blanch for 5 minutes, and remove it.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the garlic sauce in the saucepan.

Next, add green pepper and stir fry.

Then, add the blanched kelp and stir fry.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Add half a spoon of oyster sauce.

Stir-fry well and serve.
