Stir-fried Krill with Garlic Sprouts

Prepare the ingredients

Antarctic krill are fresh-keeping frozen shrimps, take them out at room temperature before eating and thaw them naturally

Shrimp is very small, soft and slightly sweet without any smell, then rinse with running water and drain for later use
