Stir-fried Kway Teow with Shredded Beef and Cabbage

Thaw beef and shred, and chop a small amount of green onions.

Wash the cabbage and chop finely.
3.
A bag of Kuey Teow. (Serves for 2 people).

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded beef and stir fry.
5.
Stir-fry until cooked, add appropriate amount of soy sauce to taste, and serve immediately.

Wash in the pot, continue to heat the oil, add the cabbage and stir fry.
7.
Stir-fry the cabbage until cooked and season with salt.
8.
Add beef shreds and kway teow, appropriate amount of soy sauce, and stir fry evenly.
9.
Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly.
