Tips:
1. When frying, don't get too hot in the oil at the beginning, otherwise the chili will be mushy. Warm oil can stir out the dry aroma of chili
2. I didn't buy raw lamb tripe during the Spring Festival, so I bought it at the deli. If using raw lamb, it should be cooked in white water in advance
3. The coriander has a significant effect on removing mutton and improving freshness, so it cannot be less. The amount of green onion, ginger and garlic is more than that of fried vegetables
