Stir-fried Large Intestine with Garlic Stalks

Clean the large intestine, put the large intestine, pepper, garlic clove ginger, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, cinnamon, star anise, into an electric pressure cooker, add cold water to cover the large intestine, simmer until slightly rotten, remove and cut into sections. Cut the garlic sprouts into a pot and blanch until they are broken, remove them and rinse with cold water to drain.

Heat the oil in a hot pan and stir-fry the large intestines for 21 minutes. Add garlic stalks and stir-fry evenly. Sprinkle with salt and season with chicken essence.
