Stir-fried Lean Pork with Choy Sum

Wash the cabbage and soak it, pick the vegetables for later use

Tips:
When sautéing the meat, put the seasoning first to prevent the vegetables from being too salty and the meat is flavorful, so you don't need to add salt when sautéing the vegetables after the lean meat is fried.
