Just fry one dish and you can have a meal. There are vegetables and meat that are balanced and delicious, haha.

Stir-fried Lean Pork with Choy Sum

1. Wash the cabbage and soak it, pick the vegetables for later use

2. Wash and slice lean meat, mince garlic

3. Heat the oil in the pan, put the garlic in and saute

4. Put the lean meat in and stir-fry for 2 minutes to 8 mature, add a little salt, soy sauce and sugar

5. Put the picked vegetables into the pot and fry them together

6. Stir-fry the choy sum until it is dead

Tips:

When sautéing the meat, put the seasoning first to prevent the vegetables from being too salty and the meat is flavorful, so you don't need to add salt when sautéing the vegetables after the lean meat is fried.
