Stir-fried Loofah
1.
Peel the loofah and wash it clean.

Cut loofah into pieces with a hob.
3.
Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pot, and pour into the loofah when the oil is hot.
4.
Add salt and stir fry evenly.
5.
Add appropriate amount of water, continue to stir fry, add minced garlic and monosodium glutamate, stir fry evenly and turn off the heat.
