Stir-fried Loofah with Diced Pork

Cut the loofah into small pieces.

Dice pork, prepare green onion, ginger, and dried chili.

Heat up the pan, add the green onion, ginger, dried chili, and stir fry until fragrant.

Stir fry with vinegar and cooking wine.

Put the loofah.

Stir fry with light soy sauce to mature, add salt to taste.

Take out the pan and serve.
