Stir-fried Lotus Root with Lean Pork

Peel the lotus root, wash it, and cut it into thin skins;

Cut garlic, green and red pepper, ginger, and dried onions into small pieces;

Boil the lotus root slices in water;

Put the oil in the pan and heat it, add the cut ingredients (step 2), stir fry until fragrant, pour in the lean meat and continue to stir fry, then add lotus root to taste.

Finally, use cornstarch water to beaten the juice.
