Stir-fried Mantis Shrimp (pipi Shrimp)

Wash the ginger, onion, garlic and green pepper and cut into sections! (The minced garlic is more delicious!) Some people in our family don't like to eat garlic diced, so they just slapped it!

Wash the Pippi Shrimp and drain the water!

Boil the water, add some ginger, and blanch the pipi shrimp in clear water for a while, to remove the fishy, wait until the stir-fry is easy to taste!

Add oil, ginger, onion, garlic, green pepper, go in and sauté!

Add Pippi shrimp, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt, stir-fry for a while, then add some cooking wine, stir-fry for a few minutes, out of the pot, set the plate!

Tips:
To eat Pippi shrimp, it is more convenient to cut both sides with scissors to cut the head, otherwise the shell will be hard and the thorny tip will be easily injured!
