Stir-fried Minced Pork with Garlic Moss

1. Peel the foreleg meat and cut into small pieces, add pepper, light soy sauce, and peanut oil and chop into minced meat.

2. Wash the garlic moss, drain the water, and cut into small pieces.

3. Mince ginger, mince garlic, and dice red pepper.
