Stir-fried Minced Pork with Soaked Cowpeas

Prepare all kinds of raw materials, soak cowpea, pickled ginger, pickled radish, etc. soak and wash to remove excess salt.

Tips:
1. This dish should be fried quickly, soak the cowpea for a long time and it won't be crispy.
2. Salt was added when the minced meat was marinated. Soaked cowpea was originally salty, so don't add salt again when it's fried.
