Stir-fried Minced Pork with Soaked Cowpeas

Cut the soaked cowpea into coarse pieces.

Chop the pork into minced meat. It can also be minced by machine.

Mince ginger and garlic and set aside.

Cut dried chili into sections and set aside.

Heat the wok, add oil to 50% heat, add pepper, pepper, ginger, minced garlic, and stir-fry the minced meat for a fragrant.

Tips:
