Stir-fried Mung Bean Sprouts with Broccoli Vegetarian

This is home-grown mung bean sprouts. A handful of mung beans grows out of a full pot. You can eat several meals. How can you buy it outside for 3~5 yuan a catty?

Soak broccoli in light salt water for more than 10 minutes, about half an hour. Try to clean the dust attached to it as much as possible. The light salt water can also play a role in killing insects, and then repeatedly wash it out. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add a tablespoon of salt to the boiling water, and a few drops of oil. Pour the washed broccoli into the blanching water, and the color will turn green, immediately remove the cold water to control the moisture. Add salt and oil to keep the broccoli more vivid.

Home-grown mung bean sprouts will have fibrous roots. They can be removed before frying, or they can be fried directly without picking them. They are also nutritious. The blanched broccoli is supercooled in cold water to control the moisture.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, sauté the chopped green onion, chopped garlic, and five-spice powder, add broccoli and stir fry.

Add mung bean sprouts and stir fry evenly.

The mung bean sprouts are very crispy and tender. Just stir-fry for a few times. Add salt, vinegar, a little sugar, and 10 light june fresh soy sauce.
