Stir-fried Mung Bean Sprouts with Shredded Pork and Wrinkled Pepper

Ingredients: shredded pork, wrinkled pepper (stems removed and seeds removed), mung bean sprouts (cleaned).

Place the wrinkled pepper on the chopping board and cut into shreds.
