Stir-fried Mushrooms with Bacon

Cut the bacon into pieces, put it in a wok, and fry on low heat.

The bacon is fried out of oil.

Put in mushroom slices, salt, and stir fry.

After the mushrooms are cooked, add green peppers and light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly and then turn off the heat.
5.
Sprinkle chopped green onion and serve.
Tips:
Don't add oil in the pan, just use the oil from the bacon.
