Stir-fried Mushrooms with Broccoli

1. Soak the mushrooms in salted water for 10 minutes, then wash them off

2. Cut into pieces

3. Cut garlic into slices and slice carrots

4. Cut broccoli into small stalks, wash and blanch them in boiling water until the color turns, then pick them up

5. Add oil to the wok, add garlic and carrots to the oil and stir fragrant
