Stir-fried Mushrooms with Leek

Soak the mushrooms in clean water overnight, rinse off after soaking, and cut off the roots.

Squeeze the water out of the flower mushrooms and cut into silk.

Wash the leeks and cut them into sections.

Cut pepper into sections, slice ginger, and mince garlic.

Heat oil in a pot, add dried chili, ginger and garlic until fragrant.
