Stir-fried Mushrooms with Mustard Greens

Wash shiitake mushrooms and mustard greens.

Slice shiitake mushrooms and shred ginger.
3.
Finely chop the mustard greens.
4.
Put the oil in the pan, add the shredded ginger, stir fragrantly, add the mushrooms and stir fry for 1 minute.
5.
Add mustard greens and stir fry.
6.
Season with salt and a little light soy sauce to taste.
