Stir-fried Mushrooms with Sliced Pork

Wash the mushrooms and blanch them in a pot.

Cut thin slices for later use.

Slice the meat, prepare shredded ginger and chopped green onion.

Heat up the pan and add the green onion and ginger to fry until fragrant.
5.
Put the pork slices and stir fry.
6.
Stir fry with soy sauce with cooking wine.
7.
Add shiitake mushrooms.
8.
Stir-fry evenly and add salt to taste.
9.
Out of the pan.
