Stir-fried Mustard Greens

Prepare 3 mustard greens.

Prepare accessories.

Wash the mustard greens and cut the leaves and stems separately.

Cut green onion into small pieces, shred ginger, mince garlic, and cut dried red pepper into small circles.

Pour oil in the pan, and stir-fry the green onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper rings over low heat to create a fragrance.

Put the mustard sticks in, add a little soy sauce and stir fry twice.

Put the mustard leaves in and stir fry for 10 seconds.

Tips:
The sauteed leafy greens must be salted before they are out of the pan, otherwise the water will easily affect the taste and color.
