Stir-fried Mustard with Soy Sprouts

Cut into cubes, soak in water and wash until light.

Soy bean sprouts are blanched in water.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot to heat, and stir-fry the soybean sprouts.

Add salt.

Stir-fry until delicious, add diced mustard.

Stir fry for about 1 minute and turn off the heat.

Add a little broth to taste.

Soy bean sprouts should be blanched and cooked thoroughly.
