Stir-fried Noodles with Cabbage

Soak the sweet potato vermicelli in warm water in advance.

Wash the Chinese cabbage and control the water.

Cut into sections first, then slices.

Heat oil in a pot, add green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Put the cabbage strips.

Stir-fry until the cabbage strips become soft.

Add the soaked vermicelli.
8.
Add light soy sauce and stir well.
9.
Add a small half bowl of broth, the soup I used for boiled pork belly, without adding water and chicken essence.

At the same time, add salt to taste and cook for three to four minutes.

Boil until the soup is almost dried and the vermicelli is cooked and soft.

I added a scallion before serving to improve the color.
