Stir-fried Noodles with Colored Pepper and Pork

Prepare raw materials;

Use Joyoung Smart (M6-L20) noodle machine the night before to make homemade cabbage noodles;

Add appropriate amount of salt, starch, light soy sauce and cooking wine to the shredded pork and mix evenly;
4.
Boil water in a pot, put the noodles in it to cook;
5.
After removing the cooked noodles, add some salt and stir;
6.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add the marinated pork and stir fry;
7.
Stir-fry the shredded pork and add bean sprouts to it and stir-fry;
8.
Stir-fry twice and add shredded colored pepper to stir-fry;
9.
Add the prepared noodles and continue to stir fry;
10.
Finally, add some seasoning and stir-fry evenly.

It's ready to eat.
Tips:
1. I use a noodle machine to make the noodles by myself, adding purple cabbage juice; 2. Before frying, cook the noodles first, and add some oil to the cooked noodles to prevent sticking; 3. The shredded pork is marinated in advance. To taste, first fry shredded pork, then add bean sprouts and colored pepper shreds to stir fry, stir-fry twice, add homemade noodles, stir-fry evenly, and finally add salt to taste.
