Stir-fried Noodles with Shredded Pork

Ingredients: sliced noodles, shredded pork, shredded carrots, shredded black fungus, chopped green onion, ginger, and minced garlic. Mix the shredded pork with cooking wine and water starch.

Cut the noodles with a knife, boil for 8 minutes and then remove, rinse in cold water until cool, remove and drain.

Heat the pan, add edible oil to heat, add the chopped green onion, ginger, and minced garlic until fragrant, then add the pork shreds and fry until the color changes.

Add black fungus shreds and carrot shreds and stir-fry, then add soy sauce, sugar, salt, vinegar, stock and noodles and stir-fry until delicious, pour in sesame oil and mix well.
