Stir-fried Old Tofu with Chives

Clean the leek and set aside.

Marinate the meat slices with cornstarch, pepper, and light soy sauce for half an hour.

Fry the tofu in the pan until both sides become yellowish and set aside.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, pour in the chives, and stir-fry the pork slices over high heat for one minute. Leek is easy to cook, and it doesn't take too long to fry.

Add tofu and simmer for a few minutes, add a little salt, and collect the juice over high heat.
