Stir-fried Old Tofu with Salted Duck and Green Vegetables

Ingredients: green vegetables (washed and chopped), old tofu, cooked salted duck eggs (the yolk and egg whites have been dug out).

Grab the old tofu with your hands and set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the chopped green vegetables and stir fry until broken.

Then, combine the crushed old tofu and the scooped out egg yolk and egg whites and stir fry.
