Stir-fried Organic Cauliflower

1. The cauliflower breaks into small flowers. PS: I use pine cauliflower, if it is ordinary cauliflower, it needs to be blanched.

2. Put the broken cauliflower in a bowl of light salt water and soak for about ten minutes to remove residual pesticides.

3. Drain the cauliflower and remove.
