Stir-fried Pea Sprouts

Remove the roots of the pea sprouts and wash them.

Wash and drain the water (cut the pea sprouts into sections if they are a bit too long).
3.
Pour the oil in the pan and heat it to saute the garlic slices.
4.
Pour in the pea sprouts and stir-fry quickly, add salt and soy sauce until the sprouts are cut off and turn off the heat.
5.
Serve out of the pan and serve on a plate.
