Stir-fried Pork Belly with Bamboo Shoots and Dried Vegetables

1. Ingredients: cooked pork belly (cut), hot pepper (cleaned), dried bamboo shoots (soaked)

2. Put the cleaned hot pepper on the chopping board and cut it.

3. Heat the oil in the saucepan, add the cut cooked pork belly, and add some light soy sauce.

4. Stir fry.

5. Then, combine the cut peppers and the soaked dried bamboo shoots (and add the appropriate amount of soaked bamboo shoots and dried vegetables), stir fry until cooked.

6. Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

7. Add the right amount of MSG.

8. Saute and stir well, serve.
