Stir-fried Pork Belly with Bracken Buckwheat Head
1.
All ingredients of this dish: buckwheat, pork belly, bracken.
2.
Soak the bracken in clean water and change the water for more than 1 day. Pick off the old roots and leaves of the buckwheat, carefully clean the sand, and cut into inch sections for later use. Wash and slice pork belly (or semi-fat lean meat).
3.
Heat up the pan, add the pork and stir-fry to get the oil (if the oil is not enough, add more oil).
4.
Add the buckwheat and stir fry until fragrant.
5.
At this time, add bracken and stir-fry, add some water, simmer for 3 minutes, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, and stir-fry.
6.
Add salt and chicken bouillon and stir-fry before serving.
