Stir-fried Pork Belly with Chinese Chives

1. Ingredients: Zizania.

2. Leek flowers.

3. Cooked pork belly.

4. Peel the zizania officinalis and clean it.

5. Put it on the chopping board and cut into thicker silk, set aside.

6. Wash the leeks.

7. Cut into sections on the chopping board and set aside.

8. Put the cooked pork belly on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

9. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the rice whites, add some water and stir fry.

10. Then, add the leeks and stir fry.

11. Then, add the cooked pork belly and stir fry.

12. Finally, add some light soy sauce and salt.

13. Stir-fry well and serve.
