Stir-fried Pork Belly with Green Garlic and Organic Cauliflower

Organic cauliflower white pieces.

Peel the pork belly and cut into thin slices.
3.
Cut green garlic sprouts into sections.
4.
Slice green onions, ginger, and garlic.
5.
Pour edible oil in a hot pan, stir-fry pork belly and roll up, add sliced green onion, ginger and garlic, pour in appropriate amount of dark soy sauce and stir fry.
6.
Pour in organic cauliflower, stir fry and add appropriate amount of sugar and salt.
7.
Stir-fried organic cauliflower.
8.
Before the cauliflower is cooked, put the green garlic sprouts and stir evenly.
9.
The finished product is out of the pot.
