Stir-fried Pork Belly with Organic Cauliflower

Break the organic cauliflower into small flowers and wash.

Boil in boiling water for about 2 minutes.

Remove the cold water and set aside.

Peel and wash the pork belly.

Fill the pot with oil and heat up, without too much oil, add the pork belly.

Stir out the fat, add green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Add soy sauce.

Stir fragrant.

Add the cauliflower and stir fry for a minute or two.

Add oyster sauce and stir well.
12.
Season with salt.

Stir-fry evenly.

The finished product, organic cauliflower is more tender and delicious than ordinary cauliflower.
