Stir-fried Pork Belly with Peach Gum

1. Soak peach gum in clean water for 18 hours

2. The soaked peach gum is drained and the other ingredients are ready

7. Pour in pork belly and stir fry

8. Stir fry until the pork belly is a little yellow, add green onions
