Stir-fried Pork Belly with Seaweed

1. Ingredients: kelp (soaked and washed), cooked pork belly (shredded)

2. Put the soaked and washed kelp on the chopping board and cut it.

3. Then, lower the cut kelp into a pot of clean water, blanch it, and remove it.

4. Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cooked pork belly and stir fry.

5. Then, add the blanched kelp and stir fry.

6. Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.
