Stir-fried Pork Belly with Snow Peas and Shiitake Mushrooms

Ingredients: pork belly, snow peas, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, green onions, ginger, garlic.

Boil snow peas in boiling water and remove them to cool, slice pork belly, slice carrots, slice shiitake mushrooms after removing the burdock (the stems can be chopped and used for filling), and chop green onions, ginger and garlic.

Heat the pan, add cooking oil, add pork belly and stir fry.

After the oil content of the pork belly is forced out, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and season.

Add green onion, ginger, and minced garlic, and fry until fragrant.

Add shiitake mushroom slices and stir fry.

Tips:
The snow peas are basically mature after blanching, so put them in at the end and turn off the heat after seasoning. Stir-fry the pork belly constantly to force out the oil in the meat, which will make it more fragrant.
